We will customize a program based on your individual biochemistry while taking into account your lifestyle, specific goals and preferences. We will motivate and educate you as you transition your diet and grow beyond old eating patterns, and support you as you make simple but powerful nutritional and lifestyle adjustments. We offer supplements and protein smoothies that aid in weight loss right here at our facility in Kennett Square.

Building on the idea of clean nutrition from clean sources, we like to take swiig products one step further. In kindergarten, we learned that "you are what you eat," and we agree. But what does your food eat? If the things that you eat aren't eating well themselves, doesn't that transfer on to you? By identifying all of our ingredients to their original sources, we make sure that they are clean all the way through from the farm to you.
